We promise that you will not find our prices cheaper anywhere else. The price we quote you is for everything – nothing extra to pay for tax, breakfast, computer/internet access/printing, room beverages, private parking, etc. A reservation can be made by email, telephone or securely online. Although we do not normally take a deposit credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Arrangements can be made to accept a cheque or to invoice your company. Please note that numerous guesthouses in York do not accept card payments. We accept all forms of payment except American Express. We regret we must pass on a 3% banking surcharge to Credit Card payments.

Ensuite super king size doubles; twins and triples are from £30 to £41pppn.

Ensuite singles are from £36 to £42pppn.

Children normally must be over 5 years of age and accompanied by two adults. If younger than 5 year old £10, 5 – 9 are £15, 10 - 15, are £22 pppn.
